notes:
all us releases are by atantic records, and the rest of the world by east west, unless otherwise stated. all prices in this guide are in us dollars ($) and reflect us costs and availability. generally all us releases are still in print and are therefore not particuarly valuable, whereas most uk releases are out of print and more collectable, especially earlier limited edition releases

promos:
*the most valuable promo's are those that contain rare and/or unreleased tracks, or those that feature unique artwork and are notably different from the regular release.  most promo's don't fall into these categories and are therefore not worth much more than the commercial release.  the items listed above are generally the more collectable kind.  so if you have a promo that is not listed here, you can -generally- assume that the item's value isn't noteworthy.  but please feel free to ask about anything that is not listed.

other releases:
